Impact and environmental figures
Our totals — pounds of electronics collected, workshops hosted, and estimated emissions avoided — are our own records combined with published conversion estimates. Emissions figures are estimates, not measurements, and can change as our methodology or the underlying sources are updated. External statistics about global e-waste are attributed to their sources and are not our own findings.
Drop-off and pickup details
Locations, hours, and accepted items can change without notice, and some sites are operated by other organizations. Please confirm details with us or the host location before travelling. We are not responsible for items left at a location outside an arranged drop-off.
Devices and data
You are responsible for erasing your own data before donating a device. We do not promise to recover, retain, or securely wipe data left on donated hardware, and donated items cannot be returned once they enter our workshop or recycling stream.
Workshops and safety
Workshop activities involve tools and used electronic components and are run with supervision. Descriptions on this site are summaries, not full curricula. Nothing here should be treated as instructions for taking apart electronics unsupervised.
